– Thomas J. Henry(Lawyer from Austin, Texas) has filed a $1 million lawsuit representing Austin victims against Travis Scott, Live Nation and NRG Stadium. This lawsuit was followed by the deadly Astroworld music festival back on Nov. 5, 2021.
-It was claimed that the victims were “knocked” to the ground and “trampled” during a crowd surge at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival.
-The estates for the deceased and those who were heavily injured are suing the event organizers for the Friday night’s festivals and rappers who continued to perform despite those attendee’s breaching a security gate around the park. Those victims stampeded into the premises and trampled over others during Travis Scott’s performance.
